Sitting still is unhealthy for your body and your mind. Give your body something to do! If you're not into work out videos, try this instead- grab a deck of cards. yes, you read this correctly, grab a deck of cards. Each suit should mean a certain exercise, suck as: Hearts = Jumping Jacks, Spades = Knee Lifts, Clubs = Squats, Diamonds = Lunges. Then draw a card off the top of the deck and complete the exercise the number of times you see on the cards: Ace of Hearts = One Jumping Jack, 8 of Clubs = Eight Squats, Queen of Diamonds = 12 Lunges, and so forth. If you have kids, give them their own deck with exercises that suit them, and take turns drawing cards and exercising!

Image result for lists3. Create lists. Write down every project you want to complete, be it areas of the house you want to clean, Boxes you want to sort, projects or crafts you want to complete, books you want to read, and so on. Sometimes just writing down what you want to complete and do helps your mind feel more organized and less stressed. Whenever you start to feel bored or stressed, take a look at the list and complete something on it. Make a similar list for your kids, maybe you can help each other complete the tasks. you've never had more time to be patient with a child's help!

4. Clean! An uncluttered house means an uncluttered mind. Start in the room where you spend the most time, and work your way around the house. It will make you feel productive and organized!

5. Learn something new! Download Coursera on your phone and choose from their hundreds of free classes! Watch YouTube videos to learn new skills. Search Pinterest for a cool way to reuse the old shirts you had in your closet. Read books! Learn how to make simple crafts with your kids and go crazy! Decorate the house in paper chains, who else is going to see it??

6. Take regular showers and change your clothes. If you start to feel lazy or depressed, take a shower, put on real clothes, slap on some makeup and do something nice to your hair. It's amazing how rejuvenating it is, even if you have no place to go!
